Samantha trained as an actress at the Arts Educational School and worked as an actress for 10 years in fringe, TV and touring theatre. She received an MA in voice studies from Central School of Speech and Drama in 2006 and now works as both a voice artist and a voice coach.

She has been voicing on-hold and IVR systems for over 20 years and previous clients include Hilton Hotels, GSK, Interflora, DHL and Virgin Media.
